The Visionary is appointed by Vista each month as recognition for seeing a need in the organization and taking initiative to satisfy it without being prompted. This team member goes above and beyond their daily responsibilities and does so with an outstanding attitude. This month Ben Harlett, our Applications Engineer was nominated by Jeff Stevens, the President of Vista IT Group.
Why Did You Nominate Ben?
“It’s a great honor having Ben win the Visionary award for the second time. Ben’s professional growth in his application development role has been nothing short of astonishing. Ben started in Operations and ended up filling a void that the organization desperately needed, and he’s excelled in every way since taking on the responsibility. Vista wouldn’t be where we are today without Ben’s contributions”. -Jeff Stevens, President of Vista IT Group.
What Does the Visionary Mean to You?
“It is an honor to be awarded the Visionary award again, I must be doing something right. It’s amazing to work for a company that allows individuals the ability to showcase their talents and passions in the work they do, and by winning this award it really shows that Vista recognizes those individuals”.-Ben Harlett, Applications Engineer.
