We are happy to announce the recent additions of Grant Kooi, Jeremy Peterson, and Alanna Palasek to the Vista IT Group Team! Grant and Jeremy join our engineering team as a Support Desk Engineers where they will assist our managed service customers on site with help desk tickets, as well as assist our internal staff with IT-related issues. Alanna joins our Accounting and Order Management teams as an Accounting and Order Management Specialist where she will help with invoicing and assist with customer orders from start to finish.
Grant Kooi
Grant is from Grand Rapids. He holds an English degree from Kuyper College and has previously worked in education at a local public school system where he started as a teacher and eventually moved into the IT department.
Jeremy Peterson
Jeremy is from Hudsonville, MI. He graduated with a B.A. in finance from Western Michigan University. He has previous IT experience in the healthcare and manufacturing industries.
Alanna Palasek
Alanna is from Grand Rapids. She is currently a junior at Grand Valley State University and working to obtain her degree in Finance and International Business.
