Michigan hospitals need 600 units of blood per day to keep up with demand and the only way to reach that goal is with the help of our communities. With that in mind, Vista IT Group hosted a Blood Drive on June 6th through Versiti with the hopes of helping them achieve their mission of saving lives. Thanks to the amazing employees at Vista IT Group, VPE, and V3 Distribution, we were able to achieve amazing results. Overall, 18 donors came through, 18 pints of blood were collected, and nearly 51 lives will be saved! Many of our employees were first-time donors, and some of them are active donors through Versiti. We had an amazing time donating blood for an incredible cause.
